(Owego, NY) – Roughly 40 students in Broome-Tioga BOCES Auto Body classes have worked worked for months to refurbish three vehicles for the Owego Police Department. According to a BOCES news release, the project was a huge under-taking to refurbish two Humvees and one huge rescue truck. Owego police officials went to BOCES on Tuesday to take delivery of the vehicles.
