The Owego Police have made an arrest in conjunction with the Tioga County District Attorney’s office. 40-year-old Jason Deskin, of Owego, has been charged with two felony counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. Deskin is alleged to have sold both methamphetamine and heroin. Deskin was arraigned in Village of Owego Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail with no bail set.
