Tioga County Allies in Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition will make a presentation on Prevention Needs Assessment Data on Tuesday, July 17 from 1 to 3pm at the Tioga County Office Building on Main Street in Owego. The forum will highlight the results from the 2017 Prevention Needs Assessment survey conducted last fall. The purpose of the study is to gather the information needed to help plan prevention and intervention programs related to problems with alcohol and other drug use, as well as violence in schools and local communities.
