The Tioga Women Lead Council has announced their first conference. The group is a group of professional, local, women leaders who are committed to advancing women’s leadership through empowerment, education and experience. They began hosting leadership events in 2016 to educate, support and advance women leaders in Tioga County. There will be two breakout sessions followed by lunch and a presentation by Penny Bartlow, on the journey to finding your genuine leader within.
