Racker and the Tioga County Rural Ministry joined the WEBO morning show to discuss some exciting news! They are looking to create a Non-Profit Hub with shared services and space on a property in Downtown Owego that is NOT in the flood plain. They stated that the cost per square foot to rent would be kept as low as possible, hopefully in the $5 per square foot range. The possible shared services would include telephone, Copier/Printers, and Network. Possible shared space would consist of a conference room, board room, a large training room able to train 100 people and a breakroom. You can listen here to the full interview:
