The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office has issued an arrest warrant in the Richford double shooting that took place over 4th of July. 18-year-old Devin VanBrunt is wanted in connection to the matter in which two individuals were shot, and both had left the scene by private vehicles before Deputies arrived. VanBrunt is wanted for felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and felony Criminal Possession of a Firearm. There are additional charges pending.
