The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that a man and a woman purchased items at the Richford Mirabito convenience store using a counterfeit $100 bill. The identities of the two people are unknown. They are described as a white male with facial hair wearing a black Nike sweatshirt, and a backwards black cap. The female is described as white, with a medium build, shoulder length red/brown hair, wearing a grey sweatshirt. Anyone with information about these individuals are asked to call the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office at 687-1010.
