The Tioga County Fair kicks off today at the Tioga County Fairgrounds in Owego.
The annual event will run from Tuesday through Saturday and features a lively mix of agricultural exhibits, thrilling motorsports, local vendors, and the return of midway rides starting Wednesday.
The fair kicks off today with FREE admission for all who wish to walk the grounds and enjoy early exhibits and displays.
