A Tioga County man was arrested after he allegedly shot at a police drone last week.
According to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Nathan Warner allegedly fired a shotgun at the drone which was being used by police to search for a missing person in Berkshire.
Warner was charged with unauthorized use of a firearm and reckless endangerment of property following the incident.
He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
