The Tioga United Way thanked Tioga Downs owner Jeff Gural and his wife for their generosity and support at a press conference Thursday. The Tioga United Way’s Dancing United with the Stars raised $100,000 last December, and the Gurals donated an additional $35,000. The United Way distributes funds raised across 34 agencies for things like new freezers at food pantries, appliances in shelters, and books for children.
