According to police, the driver in a fatal bus accident, near Scranton, fell asleep at the wheel. A recent Cornell University graduate died in the accident on Sunday. 33-year-old Rebecca Blanco received her MBA at Cornell in 2017. She was from California. One other person was critically injured. No charges have been filed at this time.
