On Saturday afternoon, the Ithaca Police Department responded to multiple reports of a man with a handgun in the area of North Fulton Street and West Buffalo Street. The male suspect was brandishing a handgun while actively engaging in a dispute with another man. Police were able to detain the involved parties without further incident. The investigation is currently ongoing.
