The New York State Police at Ithaca are investigating an incident in front of the Trinity Lutheran Church in the Town of Ithaca. A vehicle approached a teenage girl, and the driver grabbed her by the arm and pulled her towards him. She was able to break away, and the driver chased her on foot. The female eluded the man, who then fled the area. The vehicle was described as a white SUV, possibly an older model Toyota Highlander. The driver was described as a white male, approximately 6’2”, with brown/red short hair and beard with no mustache.
