A missing Cayuga Heights woman who was reportedly suffering from a mental health crisis was found dead in a creek in Trumansburg on Tuesday.
According to New York State Police, the woman was found dead in a creek near the Taughannock Falls State Park Trail.
The Trumansburg Fire Department helped police recover the woman’s body.
No foul play is suspected, but the investigation is ongoing.
