The Vestal Police Department has announced a traffic advisory for the Vestal Parkway West near Town Hall Road over Choconut Creek.
For the remainder of the spring through the summer, there will be a temporary crossover to westbound lanes with one lane open in each direction.
All Vestal Parkway eastbound lanes will be closed while the east bound bridge deck over the creek is removed.
According to Vestal Police, there will be no access to Town Hall Road from Vestal Parkway while this occurs. Drivers can access the road from Front Street.
The east end of Front Street is accessible from Main Street at Four Corners and the west end is accessible from the Parkway.
The project is expected to be completed in the fall.
