The Vestal Town Board has announced a public hearing will be held on two requested permits by Williams Auto Group regarding the land where the current Skate Estate roller rink is located.
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 11. The public will have a chance to comment on the proposed permits by Williams Auto Group.
The first permit is regarding a vehicle service station, while the second is for an aquifer zoning special permit.
Skate Estate first opened on Old Vestal Road in 1982 and features a roller rink, arcade, laser tag and a snack bar.
Specific plans for Skate Estate or the new Williams location have not been released.
