The Village of Owego is looking to start a restoration project at the police station on Temple Street.
The project will include replacing windows, work on the foundation and some brick work at the historic building.
The village received nearly $470,000 from a New York State Historic Preservation Grant, which is set to expire in April. The village is seeking an extension.
The expected total cost of the project is around $450,000.
