A New York high school teacher is facing charges for disseminating indecent material to minors.
According to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, Walton High School teacher Eric Scofield has been charted with one count of disseminating indecent material to minors, two counts of a sexually motivated felony, seven counts of tampering with evidence and five counts of official misconduct.
Scofield is accused of engaging in improper communications with students.
