The remnants of Hurricane Florence are expected to arrive in the Twin Tiers on Monday. The current forecast calls for 2 to 4 inches of rain. The storm is expected in late afternoon on Monday and the area will feel its effects through Tuesday. No flash flood watches have been issued yet.
