A suspect has been arrested in the fatal stabbing of 28-year-old Damian Grant in Cortland. 32-year-old Andrew Pilcher is alleged to have stabbed Grant during a fight outside the suspect’s apartment. Pilcher is a local tattoo artist in Cortland. Police have not determined what led to the fight. Pilcher is facing Manslaughter and Criminal Possession of a Weapon charges. The investigation is continuing.
