A 16-year-old boy led police on a multi county chase on Sunday, following a domestic dispute at a home in Otego. The teen had threatened someone with a knife and then fled the residence in a vehicle. Police spotted the teen, but were unable to get him to pull over. In Unadilla, the teen struck several state police vehicles and rammed through a road block. The teen struck another trooper vehicle on Interstate 88 in Alton. The chase ended on State Route 7, near Bainbridge, when the teen struck a bridge support. The teen was not injured. The teen also allegedly intentionally rammed a trooper vehicle, one police say he had already smashed, which was trying to get ahead of the teen after he struck the bridge support. The teen has been charged with felony Grand Larceny, felony Criminal Mischief, plus multiple misdemeanors and traffic violations. The teen was arraigned in Town of Otego Court and remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $100,000 cash bail.
