A benefit will be held this weekend to support a local woman fighting cancer.
The event will be held from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday at Sam’s Bar and Grill in Sayre.
There will be a pulled pork dinner with baked beans, cole slaw and a roll for $10. There will also be a 50-50 raffle, silent auction, a DJ and more.
All proceeds will go to help Waverly resident Siobhan Sharpsteen and her family as she battles Stage 3 Breast Cancer.
