A 42-year-old Columbia Cross Roads man was arrested following an incident at the Robert Packer Hospital.
According to police, Albert Eugene Gary was charged with four felony counts of aggravated assault and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and resisting arrest.
The incident occurred at around 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
Officers responded to a report of an unruly individual refusing to leave the hospital.
Gary was reportedly visiting someone in the ICU and allegedly starting swinging his arms and kicking at security guards when he was told to leave.
Gary was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $100,000 bail.
