SAYRE, Pa. — Epiphany School in Sayre will temporarily move to virtual learning for part of next week due to a water system repair on campus.
School officials say a leak was recently identified on the property, and repairs are scheduled to begin April 1. The work will require shutting off the water supply, making it necessary to close the building for in-person instruction.
Students will participate in virtual learning on Wednesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 2. Teachers will provide instructions for those days, and completed assignments will count toward attendance.
Previously scheduled days off on Friday, April 3, and Monday, April 6, will remain unchanged.
In-person classes are expected to resume Tuesday, April 7, once repairs are completed. The work is being done by Jeff Paul Plumbing.
