The Enterprise Center on South Elmer Ave. in Sayre has a new name.
Owners Clint and Holly Kellar officially announced that the historic building will now be known as The Village during its 100th anniversary open house and vendor show over the weekend.
The Village is currently home to 22 businesses, along with Guthrie offices, a new café operated by Penn York Opportunities and more.
The top floor of the building is available for event space and the basement will be used as a monthly liquidation market.
The Village also features several apartments which have recently been completed.
