The Sayre Redskins won the middle school competition at the 46th annual FCCB Scholarship Challenge on Saturday.
Sayre beat Tioga Central in the championship match. Athens and Northeast Bradford tied for third and fourth place.
Teams from Spencer-Van Etten, Waverly, Wellsboro and Wyalusing also took part in the middle school bracket on Saturday.
The finals are set for the high school competition. Owego, Tioga, Towanda and Wellsboro will battle for the coveted Kwasnoski Cup on Saturday, March 14th.
The final round will begin at 10 am and can be heard live on all Radigan Media stations and the My Hometown Today app.
