The former Valley resident accused of threatening to blow up the Epiphany Elementary School last month has been extradited to Pennsylvania and remanded to the Bradford County Jail.

According to police, 63-year-old Ronald Anthony Fiorello has been charged with one count of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of terroristic threats that cause evacuation of a building and one count of a bomb threat.

An employee at Epiphany School contacted Sayre Police at around 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20 to report a series of emails that included bomb threats towards the school.

Officers responded to the school and checked the exterior of the building before students and staff were evacuated to Snyder Elementary School. The Pennsylvania State Police responded with a bomb-detecting canine unit and cleared the building.

According to the Morning Times, Fiorello has made threats to many individuals because he didn’t receive anything from his father’s estate, which donated some money to the Epiphany Elementary School.

Fiorello was arrested in South Dakota and extradited to Pennsylvania. He was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $400,000 bail.
