Notre Dame opened the 46th annual FCCB Scholarship Challenge with a comeback win over Canton.
The Notre Dame squad answered the last few questions, including the final one, to grab a 110-90 win over Canton.
In the second match, the Tioga Tigers rolled to a 150-70 win over cross-town rival Waverly.
In the finals, Tioga kept it rolling as the Tigers cruised to a 220-70 victory over Notre Dame.
Tioga is the first team to punch their ticket to the Scholarship Challenge finals on Saturday, March 14.
The next qualifying round will feature teams from Wellsboro, Newark Valley, Sullivan County and Wyalusing. They will hit the Sayre Theatre stage on Saturday, Feb. 14.
All rounds begin at 10 a.m. and can be heard live on all Radigan Media stations and on the My Hometown Today app.
