A tractor-trailer accident shut down both lanes of traffic on Interstate 86 East between Waverly and Nichols on Monday morning.
The accident occurred at around 4:37 a.m. on I-86 between Exit 61 in Waverly and Exit 62 in Nichols.
All eastbound traffic has been diverted to State Route 17C.
