The Waverly Police arrested three people on felony drug charges last Monday at about 1AM. 29-year-old Michael Dubois of Canisteo, 24-year-old Samantha Bouton of Addison, and 27-year-old Devin Hough also of Addison were alleged to have been engaged in suspicious activity on Cadwell Avenue in Waverly. Investigation determined that the three were engaged in the sale of drugs. They were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell, as well as several misdemeanors. They were arraigned in Village of Waverly Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail to await further court action.
