Timothy M. Davis, age 35, of 491 State Route 17C, Waverly, was arrested by Tioga County Sheriff’s Deputies on 04/19/2019 at 03:35 AM for Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd degree and a Fugitive from Justice arrest warrant. These charges resulted from an investigation of a suspicious person on State Route 17C in the Town of Barton. Davis provided deputies with a false name. Davis was arraigned before Justice Joseph Fravel, Town of Barton Court, and remanded to the Tioga County jail without bail. Davis is to reappear before Justice Fravel on 05/07/2019.
