The Waverly Police arrested a fugitive from justice on Saturday. 23-year-old Eric Edward Estes was arrested at about 3:10 AM at an apartment in Waverly. Estes was located in a closet in the apartment. He was wanted in Pennsylvania as a parole absconder. The original offense was related to an armed robbery. Estes was arraigned in Village of Waverly Court and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail without bail pending further legal action.
