On Saturday, October 6th, the Waverly Police arrested 58-year-old Dale Talada of Sayre, as a “Fugitive from Justice” on a warrant from Lancaster County , Pennsylvania, Sheriff’s Department. Talada was located and arrested without incident during a traffic stop on Chemung Street, Waverly, NY. He was a passenger in the vehicle. He was wanted on an active warrant for making terroristic threats. The suspect was arraigned in the Village of Waverly Court and was sent to the Tioga County Jail pending further legal action by authorities. No bail amount was set.
