The Waverly Police have made a felony drug arrest on Friday following an investigation into illegal narcotic sales. 53-year-old Kay Madelin Liana of Waverly was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. The charges related to the sale of Percocet pills. Liana was arraigned in Village of Waverly court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 Property bond.
