Ulster man convicted of seventh DUI

An Ulster man was convicted of his seventh lifetime DUI arrest after a jury trial on Thursday.

According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, 63-year-old Thomas Decker was found guilty of a DUI arrest from July 4th.

This was his seventh DUI, with the first coming back in 1989, and it was his third in the last 10 years.

During his most recent arrest, Decker’s blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.

Decker will be sentenced on Aug. 25th.
