Based on the 11AM National Hurricane Center forecast, the remnants of Hurricane Florence will reach the Twin Tiers in the Tuesday/Wednesday time frame. Wind is expected to be less than 39 miles per hour. Rain predictions are currently in the 2 to 4 inch region. Needless to say, this forecast is subject to change.
