The victim of the UTV accident in Cortland County has been identified as 75-year-old Donald Barber. The victim was driving the UTV in the Town of Homer, when he lost control and crashed into a tree. Mr. Barber was the owner of the Donald Barber Funeral Home. He was a musician who toured under the name of Don Barber and the Dukes. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday in Homer.
