A woman has been indicted after she allegedly drove while high with two kids in the car.
According to WETM-TV, Cassandra N. Allwood was indicted on two counts of felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, and one count of driving while ability impaired.
The charges stem from a November arrest where Allwood was allegedly driving while under the influence of drugs on County Route 60 in the Town of Ashland on Nov. 26, 2024.
Police said a 5-year-old and an 11-year-old were in the car at the time of the incident.
