Bradford Court send Sayre man to PA prison, loses license after 9th lifetime DUI conviction

(Sayre, PA) – Joseph Dorsey, 62, of Sayre, Pa., was recently sentenced in Bradford County Court to incarceration in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 3 months to 6 months, consecutive to other sentences, fines of $300 plus court costs, and will lose his driver’s license for 12 months for the offense of misdemeanor driving under the influence – general impairment. It was Dorsey’s 2nd offence in 10 years and his 9th lifetime offense.

Trp. Alexander Gushka, of the Pennsylvania State Police, arrested Dorsey following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township, Bradford County, on January 28, 2022, according to Bradford County District Attorney Albert C. Ondrey.
