New York State Police at Owego have arrested Glen J. Ryburn, age 51 of Apalachin, NY, for the felonies of Sexual Abuse in the first degree, Criminal Contempt in the first degree, and the misdemeanor of Assault in the third degree.
Ryburn is accused of forcibly subjecting a victim to sexual contact and causing physical injury to a victim while at a residence in the Town of Owego on Sunday, November 1. He was located by troopers on Monday, November 2 and arrested.
Ryburn was processed at State Police Owego then transported to Tioga County Central Arraignment and Processing where he was remanded without bail.
