Law enforcement agencies from Elmira to Owego to Binghamton and beyond plan to participate in a special enforcement effort to crackdown on impaired driving…its part of the St. Patrick’s weekend impaired driving crackdown. It begins today and runs until Monday. County Sheriff’s and municipal law enforcement agencies will collaborate across the state and will be out in force in this coordinated effort to reduce the number of alcohol related injuries and deaths.
