A fourth man has been arrested in connection with last May’s brawl at the Cayuga Medical Center.
James Marshall, 26, of Ithaca has been charged with burglary, attempted gang assault, and conspiracy.
The fight occurred in the hospital’s emergency room.
He will appear in Ithaca Town Court today.
Three men were arrested and charged at the time of the incident.
