Arnot Health and Cayuga Health are now one company.
The two healthcare organizations have announced that they will now operate under the name Centralus Health.
The Arnot and Cayuga Health campuses and offices will continue under their current names.
Arnot and Cayuga first announced their plans to merge in April of 2023. The goal is to share resources and become more efficient while reducing operational costs.
Centralus also has plans to expand primary care in Chemung and Tompkins Counties and will be changing both Cayuga and Arnot’s online health portals.
Centralus Health now has more than 6,500 employees and provides $1 billion in health care each year.
