Pennsylvania man facing drug charges after traffic stop in Chemung County

A Pennsylvania man was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop in Chemung County.

According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, 42-year-old Jason Yahn of Lycoming County, Pennsylvania has been charged with two counts of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Yahn was pulled over on his motorcycle for traffic violations on Tuesday. According to police, the suspect was found with methamphetamine and cocaine along with packaging materials, a scale, phones and a large amount of cash.

He was arraigned in the Town of Horseheads Court and released to appear at a later date.
