On Memorial Day, Owego honors the brave with a parade and remembrance.
March proudly in the 10 a.m. parade as the community salutes the sacrifices of our Fallen Heroes. At 10:30 gather at the Tioga County Veterans Memorial for a solemn Service of Remembrance honoring our Fallen Heroes.
Proud Army Mom and Gold Star Mother Barb Bilbrey will be Master of Ceremonies.
Owego will unite in gratitude, displaying American flags high, as we pay homage to those who gave everything for our freedom. Gold Star Families carry this weight and pain of those losses every day.
