Owego – From now to Aug. 8, Tioga ASAP is hosting a Resilience Week. Stop by their office on North Avenue to pick up a resilience kit with coloring supplies, bubbles and fun activities inside.

Each day there will be a video on the Tioga ASAP Facebook page explaining the day’s activities and demonstrating how to participate. Participants can send pictures to Tioga ASAP or tag the page.

This event is to increase knowledge of resilience within the Tioga County community and help to build strength for the residents.

The week will end with a Mindfulness Path in Hickories Park on Saturday, Aug. 7 and Sunday, Aug. 8. Signs with activities will be posted around the park for families to participate.

Tioga ASAP can’t wait to see everyone participating in these activities and strengthening their bonds with their families and communities.
