(Towanda, PA) – Bradford County District Attorney Albert C. Ondrey reported the following resolutions of criminal cases, involving two Tioga County residents, in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas:
Sentenced:
Victoria Kipp, 30, of Barton, NY, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 3 months to 15 months, for the offense of Theft, a misdemeanor of the 2nd degree. Sargent Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Kipp for the offense occurring on January 27, 2022.
Mindyn Marmillion, 38, of Owego, NY, was sentenced to incarceration in a PASCF for 3 years 3 months to 11 years for the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, felony, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, misdemeanor 2 and Possession of a Controlled Substance, misdemeanor. Officer Casey Shiposh of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Marmillion for the offenses occurring on January 10, 2021.
