Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate 17-year-old Frankie R. Andrews. Andrews ran away from her residence in Newark Valley on October 8, 2021, and may be trying to get to the state of Virginia.
Andrews is described as a white female, 5’1”, 130 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. She has a rose tattoo on her left forearm and may have a nose ring. Andrews was last seen wearing a dark grey and tie-dye hooded sweatshirt, black leggings and tie-dye croc shoes.
