Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing vulnerable adult, Sandra Ledford, of Candor, who was last seen on July 4. If you have information that could lead deputies to her whereabouts, please call 607-687-1010 or 911 if outside of Tioga County.
