(Waverly, NY) – The Village of Waverly has embarked on an economic market analysis, funded by NYS Empire State Development, for the purpose of identifying what new commercial, industrial and tourism development would be suitable and advantageous for the village to have in the future.
This economic market analysis includes several tasks such as conducting an economic base analysis, a real estate analysis, community engagement (including this survey), analyzing and establishing priority projects, and finally developing a Village Downtown Plan containing, goals, strategies and tasks to enhance downtown economic conditions.
